You don’t have to be in the same room if that would make you uncomfortable. Mediation can be done in ways that suit you, including separate rooms, online sessions, or shuttle mediation, where I meet with each person individually and help move the discussion forward. The focus is always on making sure everyone feels safe, supported, and able to participate.
